We awake every morning, get up out of our comfortable beds, then proceed to our everyday routine and sometimes neglect to feed ourselves before leaving the house. Lacking the nutrients we need to make it throughout the day. There are even times when our body is trying to tell us something but we disregard the signs. Everything in us, emotionally, mentally, and physically silently attempts to speak words of wisdom and give signs of warning. But instead, we sometimes make the choice to override what our spirit is speaking.
When everything in you is telling you that something is wrong don’t try to make it right. When you witness or suspect negativity or poisonous behavior from someone disassociate yourself from them immediately. When you go in the direction of progress and they pull in the opposite direction, don’t be afraid to just let go. Trying to make something work that should not could result in damage to your trichotomy.
If you are steering in the path of progress and success and the person or situation you associate yourself with turns left, then you need to turn right and go in the opposite direction away from them. Pursuing or following an unhealthy situation can lead to a lot more than you expected.
Are you going in the right direction? Are you listening to the language of your body?

I want to clarify though that someone going "left" doesn't necessarily mean that their path is wrong and mine is right. Two roads diverged in a yellow wood...my road may make all of the difference for me but simply not be the appropriate one for the other person. We can go separate ways and BOTH be right, but just for our own experiences individually. Right and wrong are often relative.

@Trudy, great point to note...just because two people decide to take separate paths doesn't mean either is a wrong path. What's right for one may not be right for another.
