Nice summary Jamara. Our attitude determines so much about how we approach and handle the opportunities we get.

Nothing wrong with being negative every now and again - so long as you recognise when you're indulging in wallowing and know how to snap back.

I think having the ability to get out of a bad mood is also a crucial part of a good, healthy attitude.

Reeta, I agree that having the ability to change a bad attitude is healthy. It shows you are aware of your behaviors and have the ability to modify them when needed.


attitude being the action coming as a result of centralized thoughts is very important when it's positive. I totally agree with you, very well said Jamara.

Hi Jamara, I love this post about attitude. Especially regarding the Law of Attraction. You really do get what you give. Attitude is a choice, you can choose to be negative or choose to be positive. I choose the latter!
